Edmund graduated from Cambridge University before beginning a career in recruitment which saw him serve as President of Adaptive Business Group, helping grow a 2-man start-up into a multi-million-pound international agency across technology, digital and business services.

Ju Choi

Ju is an ACCA accredited accountant with deep expertise in the recruitment sector, formerly serving as Head of Business services at contingent workforce finance platform Sonovate. Ju leads RecruitHub’s finance services offering, delivering financial support, analysis and advisory to clients.

Jean-Noel Besanger

A marketing graduate from the University of Manchester, Jean-Noel works closely with our marketing and sales functions, supporting and delivering across our CRM operation, data analysis and lead generation. Jean-Noel joined RecruitHub from knowledge on-demand platform Alphasights.

Co-Founder

Simon Lehnis

Simon studied economics at Cambridge University prior to joining management consultancy Oliver Wyman. He then served for 10 years heading corporate strategy and development for leading multi-billion-pound European FinTech firm G-Research, including spearheading the recruitment of hundreds of hires in fiercely competitive technology markets as headcount grew from 100 to 800+.

Valeriya Dzhevala

Valeriya graduated from UCL before beginning a career in the recruitment sector, supporting clients across FinTech, Investment Banks and high-growth Technology firms. With a passion for innovation and technology, she leads the development of RecruitHub’s technology integration and process automation.

Tereza Kirwan

With a passion for start-ups, recruitment and marketing, Tereza works with future founders to explore and understand the possibilities of launching their own firm. Before joining RecruitHub, Tereza previously worked for a Rec2Rec start-up, where she was an integral team member in building the company from the ground up to a 20+ headcount, multi-brand headhunting firm.

Sarah Boyd

Sarah studied at Oxford University before qualifying as an accountant. She brings over 16 years’ experience in finance roles, working as Financial Director and COO, time in Venture Capital and 6 years with Ernst & Young’s Banking & Capital Markets group.

Holly Jackson

Holly is a Psychology graduate, joining RecruitHub with five years’ experience with leading recruitment CRM specialists Bullhorn. Holly works closely with our founder community to help agencies maximise ROI from technology, automation, networks and the resources available across the RecruitHub platform.

Milan Voslar

Milan is a First Class Honours graduate with a broad creative portfolio, including as Senior Projects Manager/Creative for TEDxYouth in Prague.
