Definitions
RecruitHub means RecruitHub Platform Company Ltd
Referral Period means 6 months from the date of referral.
Referrer means the person making the referral.
Qualifying Referral means any person who has not previously engaged in direct discussions with any employee of RecruitHub in the 6 months preceding the date of referral.
Referral Bonus Payments
RecruitHub will pay a Referral Bonus of £5,000.00 to any referrer whose Qualifying Referral results in a successful partnership between RecruitHub and the referred party, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Referrals must include complete name and contact information for both parties (referrer, referred party).
2. A partnership agreement must be agreed and executed between RecruitHub and the Qualifying Referral within the Referral Period.
3. A Referrer may not refer themselves.
4. Where a Referrer refers multiple Qualifying Referrals, a Referral Bonus will be due for each separate partnership agreement executed with RecruitHub as a result of such referrals, but multiple bonuses will not be due in cases where multiple referrals result in a single partnership agreement.
5. The Referral Bonus will be paid three (3) months after the Qualifying Referral receives payment for their first invoice on the RecruitHub platform under a partnership agreement.
6. Any personal data processed by RecruitHub in connection with this offer will be processed in accordance with RecruitHub’s privacy policy.
7. RecruitHub reserves the right to alter, withdraw or amend this offer and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
